A Lot of Developments and A Lot to Say

Hi all, it's a long time since i posted any message on this site....well it was a very busy time for me....there have been a lot of development in the recovery of the kohinnoor diamond and indian heritage saga.....we are now preparing an application under the Right to Information Act (RTI) to learn about the steps so far taken by the Government of India to facilitate the recovery of the kohinnoor diamond and indian heritage expropriated under the duress of British colonial occupation of India..... we also have had to suffer several set backs in the media front especially from the so called independent media of Britain who flatly refused to cover the legal notices against the British queen and buckingham palace despite evidencing their lying in this matter.....the Head of AFP in India who is a Brit politely told a journalist friend of mine that they could not cover the news although it was interesting as Britian had about 12% stake in AFP despite it is predominently a French company.......this same person also claimed to my friend that he could have published the story had he been working for an American news agency......this friend of mine also told me that the BBC in Delhi flatly refused to publish the news about our legal notices against the British Queen in her capacity as the Head of State, the Supreme Governor of Church of England and the Head of the Commonwealth.......These news agencies clearly surrendered their much bragged about spirit of independence and media freedom to cover up the actions of their respective governments....... A British resident journalist/agent told me that even the Taliban has raised a claim on the Kohinnoor diamond....can you believe the British government giving legitimacy to the Taliban against all UN regulations and NATO resolutions by entertaining their claim????.....this statement alone generates huge public interest angle as the world is fighting terrorism and India is the country with the second largest number of victims of terrorism after Iraq....... another media channel who carried out an interview of my lawyer and myself did not want to air it for "mysterious reasons" although the matter has tremendous public interest and relevance to the peoples of India....... It can be safely assumed that many attempts to recover the kohinnoor diamond and indian heritage from Britain got frustrated because of the connivance of several Indian bureaucrats, "experts" busybodies .....But my struggle i want to continue.....if good hearted people could support my legal action i would be grateful......no India would be grateful to them.........

Blog As a Means to Vent Frustrations.......and Inform People About those Frustrations

This blog would not have been written had there been no delay or deceit on the part of the British Queen and the Government......Several countries who have expropriated the heritage of other countries and peoples have given it back respecting the sentiments of those people..... The following are examples.....

The Hungarian Government has decided to return all Greek antiquities in a museum in Budapest to the Greek Government, Asian Age, London Edition, 13 September 2008, quoting the Hungarian Foreign Minister. Some of these antiquities were bought from private collectors.

• Several European countries have already assisted in the recovery and restoration of Jewish jewels, diamonds, paintings expropriated under the duress of Nazi/Fascist Germany/Holocaust

• The stand of the British Government in the matter of repatriation of property rights of the Polish people by the German and Russian government is also said to be one favouring the victims-the Polish people who lost land to Germans and Russians under duress.

• The descendants and victims of Holocaust and Nazism and their duress successfully sued German automakers Volkswagen and Daimler Benz who employed Jewish slave labour.

• Dutch/Swedish government a year or two ago repatriated to Iraq their heritage expropriated under the duress of War on Terror.

• There are several other incidents then why the British deceit is so painful.....?

• Because the people of India or India did not pose any threat to Britain prior to its invasion....the invasion and occupation was purely for the plunder of India's riches......(Indian GDP during the early 1700 was as big as the whole of Europe in unbiased Economics......so was China's)

• India is a fellow member of the Commonwealth and the largest democracy in the world....when a fellow Commonwealth member such as Britain act deceitfully it is more hurtful...

• The Head of the Commonwealth is none other than the British Queen whom the peoples of India respect a lot.......but the respect the peoples of India or for that matter the brown and black commonwealth get back in return is called insult in plain English.......

• The British Queen is also the Supreme Governor of Church of England bound by the Ten Commandments which prohibits (Chapter 20, Exodus, Page 90, Holy Bible, King James Version, Oxford World Classics)....not only stealing but also coveting your neighbour's property....including even an ox....

• "thou shalt not covet your neighbour's property.....his ox.....or his ass......or anything that belongs to your neighbour......." is a commandment the British Queen undertook to be bound by being the Supreme Governor of Church of England.

• Further more under British Criminal laws it is a criminal offence to be a "receiver, handler or beneficiary of stolen goods....."- This is circumvented by the British Government with a legal maxim....."The Crown Cannot Commit any Crime".....ha ha ha....

• The Archbishop of Canterbury is appointed by the British Queen on the advice of the British Cabinet- which is the finest example of secularism in the world according to some Indian historians......please think for a second how can the appointing authority of the Head of the Anglican Church could even remotely think about violating the Ten Commandments so blatantly and then get away with it......this is where propaganda, British Bragging Corporation, (BBC) cultural subservience etc play their part.....think....

• The people who talk about Imperialism have no problems with Imperialism if it arises from Britain.......Imperialism is Imperialism whoever propagates it by any means.........the finest example for this is appointment of "Lords, Knights, Commanders, Officers, Dames, Ladies etc of the British Empire by the British Queen whilst being the Head of the Commonwealth......governed by the Commonwealth Charter the sole objective of which is promotion of democracy and not British Monarchy as some politicians in India have no problem with......

• Please think for a second........ if the Harvard University were to have just mentioned that they are setting up a Scholarship in the name of Dr Manmohan Singh to groom India's future leaders all hell would have broken out in India condemning US imperialism.......burning US Flags etc....yet no one including the Anti-Imperialistic brigade did not even say a word even after I informed some of their functionaries about Cambridge University's comments after setting up a scholarship in the name of Dr Singh (I cannot reveal the names of those functionaries as they are my good friends....)

• Who gave the Cambridge University the audacity to groom India's future leaders insulting its sovereignty, independence, democracy, national pride, nationhood etc?

• Some of My friends have raised concerns about my motives why I am spending so much time and money...............who is behind all this.......I can tell I wish the CIA (usual villian) or the Mossad or ISI or KGB or Mossad were all behind me.................I could do with some funding...............As at 11:17 AM according to the Cash Point print outs from my three UK accounts the balances are.....£14.70, £20.16, £0.10............I have also a few other accounts in India two in ICICI Nehru Place Branch set up.... in 2002 .........one in Catholic Syrian Bank, Medical College Branch set up in 2005.....one in UCO Bank, Supreme Court Branch set up....some time in 1992 or 1993 and a few dud accounts possibly in State Bank of India etc the total as far as I am aware are only nominal amounts which my motive investigators can do a sting operation and expose...............I did not have any ulterior motives when I sat in hunger strike for the establishment of a hostel for nearly 500 law students and went to jail along with my friends and activists...........i have no motive in this matter also..............this is very painful stuff.......everyone is free to expose me.......look at my motives but Do Not Forget About the Motive of the British Government in delaying and denying Repatriation of the Kohinnoor Diamond and Indian Heritage......Please do not destroy issues of Public Interest by focusing too much on me.....What was the motive of Mahatma Gandhie's, Nehru's and thousands of other less known leaders and martyrs of India's struggle for independence?................it was a passion for them because they loved their country and peoples those who are taught to be ashamed of one's own heritage and civilisation.................would not understand this......

But the activities of the British Queen and the British Government is nothing but plain disgusting on this front

Hi all, the legal action for the recovery of the kohinnoor diamond is progressing behind the scenes....my lawyer Mr Mathews have forwarded a notice a few weeks ago to the British Monarch and the Prime Minister with copies to the President, Prime Minister, Speaker Lokh Sabha, Leader of the Opposition, Chairperson UPA and others...... Indian Heritage and Kohinnoor Diamond belong to the people of India just like the British Heritage belongs to the people of Britain.....I am deeply saddened to say that there have been very bad influences to prevent the matter from reaching the public domain (the people of India)..... This matter will reach the public domain as my lawyers are planning a petition under the Right to Freedom of Information Act or RTI to the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India to disclose to me the steps so far taken to recover the Kohinnoor Diamond and Indian Heritage..... Public Interested people in India can ask the Justice Secretary of UK who is going to attend an Iftar Party in their High Commission in New Delhi....why the British Queen and the British PM are playing a Constitutional Hide and Seek to thwart the repatriation of Indian Heritage expropriated under the duress of British colonial occupation.....?
