A Lot of Developments and A Lot to Say

Hi all, it's a long time since i posted any message on this site....well it was a very busy time for me....there have been a lot of development in the recovery of the kohinnoor diamond and indian heritage saga.....we are now preparing an application under the Right to Information Act (RTI) to learn about the steps so far taken by the Government of India to facilitate the recovery of the kohinnoor diamond and indian heritage expropriated under the duress of British colonial occupation of India..... we also have had to suffer several set backs in the media front especially from the so called independent media of Britain who flatly refused to cover the legal notices against the British queen and buckingham palace despite evidencing their lying in this matter.....the Head of AFP in India who is a Brit politely told a journalist friend of mine that they could not cover the news although it was interesting as Britian had about 12% stake in AFP despite it is predominently a French company.......this same person also claimed to my friend that he could have published the story had he been working for an American news agency......this friend of mine also told me that the BBC in Delhi flatly refused to publish the news about our legal notices against the British Queen in her capacity as the Head of State, the Supreme Governor of Church of England and the Head of the Commonwealth.......These news agencies clearly surrendered their much bragged about spirit of independence and media freedom to cover up the actions of their respective governments....... A British resident journalist/agent told me that even the Taliban has raised a claim on the Kohinnoor diamond....can you believe the British government giving legitimacy to the Taliban against all UN regulations and NATO resolutions by entertaining their claim????.....this statement alone generates huge public interest angle as the world is fighting terrorism and India is the country with the second largest number of victims of terrorism after Iraq....... another media channel who carried out an interview of my lawyer and myself did not want to air it for "mysterious reasons" although the matter has tremendous public interest and relevance to the peoples of India....... It can be safely assumed that many attempts to recover the kohinnoor diamond and indian heritage from Britain got frustrated because of the connivance of several Indian bureaucrats, "experts" busybodies .....But my struggle i want to continue.....if good hearted people could support my legal action i would be grateful......no India would be grateful to them.........

Blog As a Means to Vent Frustrations.......and Inform People About those Frustrations

This blog would not have been written had there been no delay or deceit on the part of the British Queen and the Government......Several countries who have expropriated the heritage of other countries and peoples have given it back respecting the sentiments of those people..... The following are examples.....

The Hungarian Government has decided to return all Greek antiquities in a museum in Budapest to the Greek Government, Asian Age, London Edition, 13 September 2008, quoting the Hungarian Foreign Minister. Some of these antiquities were bought from private collectors.

• Several European countries have already assisted in the recovery and restoration of Jewish jewels, diamonds, paintings expropriated under the duress of Nazi/Fascist Germany/Holocaust

• The stand of the British Government in the matter of repatriation of property rights of the Polish people by the German and Russian government is also said to be one favouring the victims-the Polish people who lost land to Germans and Russians under duress.

• The descendants and victims of Holocaust and Nazism and their duress successfully sued German automakers Volkswagen and Daimler Benz who employed Jewish slave labour.

• Dutch/Swedish government a year or two ago repatriated to Iraq their heritage expropriated under the duress of War on Terror.

• There are several other incidents then why the British deceit is so painful.....?

• Because the people of India or India did not pose any threat to Britain prior to its invasion....the invasion and occupation was purely for the plunder of India's riches......(Indian GDP during the early 1700 was as big as the whole of Europe in unbiased Economics......so was China's)

• India is a fellow member of the Commonwealth and the largest democracy in the world....when a fellow Commonwealth member such as Britain act deceitfully it is more hurtful...

• The Head of the Commonwealth is none other than the British Queen whom the peoples of India respect a lot.......but the respect the peoples of India or for that matter the brown and black commonwealth get back in return is called insult in plain English.......

• The British Queen is also the Supreme Governor of Church of England bound by the Ten Commandments which prohibits (Chapter 20, Exodus, Page 90, Holy Bible, King James Version, Oxford World Classics)....not only stealing but also coveting your neighbour's property....including even an ox....

• "thou shalt not covet your neighbour's property.....his ox.....or his ass......or anything that belongs to your neighbour......." is a commandment the British Queen undertook to be bound by being the Supreme Governor of Church of England.

• Further more under British Criminal laws it is a criminal offence to be a "receiver, handler or beneficiary of stolen goods....."- This is circumvented by the British Government with a legal maxim....."The Crown Cannot Commit any Crime".....ha ha ha....

• The Archbishop of Canterbury is appointed by the British Queen on the advice of the British Cabinet- which is the finest example of secularism in the world according to some Indian historians......please think for a second how can the appointing authority of the Head of the Anglican Church could even remotely think about violating the Ten Commandments so blatantly and then get away with it......this is where propaganda, British Bragging Corporation, (BBC) cultural subservience etc play their part.....think....

• The people who talk about Imperialism have no problems with Imperialism if it arises from Britain.......Imperialism is Imperialism whoever propagates it by any means.........the finest example for this is appointment of "Lords, Knights, Commanders, Officers, Dames, Ladies etc of the British Empire by the British Queen whilst being the Head of the Commonwealth......governed by the Commonwealth Charter the sole objective of which is promotion of democracy and not British Monarchy as some politicians in India have no problem with......

• Please think for a second........ if the Harvard University were to have just mentioned that they are setting up a Scholarship in the name of Dr Manmohan Singh to groom India's future leaders all hell would have broken out in India condemning US imperialism.......burning US Flags etc....yet no one including the Anti-Imperialistic brigade did not even say a word even after I informed some of their functionaries about Cambridge University's comments after setting up a scholarship in the name of Dr Singh (I cannot reveal the names of those functionaries as they are my good friends....)

• Who gave the Cambridge University the audacity to groom India's future leaders insulting its sovereignty, independence, democracy, national pride, nationhood etc?

• Some of My friends have raised concerns about my motives why I am spending so much time and money...............who is behind all this.......I can tell I wish the CIA (usual villian) or the Mossad or ISI or KGB or Mossad were all behind me.................I could do with some funding...............As at 11:17 AM according to the Cash Point print outs from my three UK accounts the balances are.....£14.70, £20.16, £0.10............I have also a few other accounts in India two in ICICI Nehru Place Branch set up.... in 2002 .........one in Catholic Syrian Bank, Medical College Branch set up in 2005.....one in UCO Bank, Supreme Court Branch set up....some time in 1992 or 1993 and a few dud accounts possibly in State Bank of India etc the total as far as I am aware are only nominal amounts which my motive investigators can do a sting operation and expose...............I did not have any ulterior motives when I sat in hunger strike for the establishment of a hostel for nearly 500 law students and went to jail along with my friends and activists...........i have no motive in this matter also..............this is very painful stuff.......everyone is free to expose me.......look at my motives but Do Not Forget About the Motive of the British Government in delaying and denying Repatriation of the Kohinnoor Diamond and Indian Heritage......Please do not destroy issues of Public Interest by focusing too much on me.....What was the motive of Mahatma Gandhie's, Nehru's and thousands of other less known leaders and martyrs of India's struggle for independence?................it was a passion for them because they loved their country and peoples those who are taught to be ashamed of one's own heritage and civilisation.................would not understand this......

Hi all, the legal action for the recovery of the kohinnoor diamond is progressing behind the scenes....my lawyer Mr Mathews have forwarded a notice a few weeks ago to the British Monarch and the Prime Minister with copies to the President, Prime Minister, Speaker Lokh Sabha, Leader of the Opposition, Chairperson UPA and others...... Indian Heritage and Kohinnoor Diamond belong to the people of India just like the British Heritage belongs to the people of Britain.....I am deeply saddened to say that there have been very bad influences to prevent the matter from reaching the public domain (the people of India)..... This matter will reach the public domain as my lawyers are planning a petition under the Right to Freedom of Information Act or RTI to the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India to disclose to me the steps so far taken to recover the Kohinnoor Diamond and Indian Heritage..... Public Interested people in India can ask the Justice Secretary of UK who is going to attend an Iftar Party in their High Commission in New Delhi....why the British Queen and the British PM are playing a Constitutional Hide and Seek to thwart the repatriation of Indian Heritage expropriated under the duress of British colonial occupation.....?

My request to the workers of Her Majesty's Tax Department to pass a resolution for the return of the kohinnoor diamond

Hi folks...in the covering letter accompanying my tax returns which I forwarded to Her Majesty's HM Revenue and Customs or Inland Revenue (the UK tax department) I requested whether the workers of the British tax department or their trade union could pass a resolution requesting their Queen to repartiate to India the kohinnoor diamond and other invaluable Indian Heritage expropriated under the duress of colonial occupation.... The Tribulations of My Lawyers Wills & Wills in Agreeing to Act for the Recovery of the Kohinnoor Diamond

The injunction order to the British Queen (it was not a request).....Mahatma Gandhie's order to the British Empire and Monarch to quit india was not a request but an order although it took some time for the British with their oxbridge arrogance to comply with....and this delay, deceit etc was the major contributing factor of Britain losing its empire altogether which was a good thing for the peoples of the commonwealth... The Deputy Governor of Tower of London Colonel R E Harrold OBE (Order of the British Empire...still the empire is very much kicking and alive in their minds and demeanour!) in his reply to me dated 9 July 2008 stated and I quote- "Thank you for your letter of 30 June 2008 regarding the kohinnoor diamond (he imposed the spelling koh-i-n00r just like they impose the pronounciation and spelling of himalays and ganga as ganges to insult indians whilst bending over backwards to pronounce and spell French words correctly...) The letter of Colonel R E Harrold continues, "The Koh-i-noor forms part of the Royal Collection which is owned by the Sovereign (British Queen) on behalf of the Nation. Decisions regarding items in the Royal Collection are a matter for Her Majesty the Queen. Our role at the Tower of London is merely to ensure their safe keeping. I regret that I cannot be of any further assistance in this matter. Yours Sincerely, Colonel R E Harrold OBE, Deputy Governor, Tel:020 3166 6220, Fax 020 3166 6225, Copy to Johnson Thomas Karingozhakal, Lieutenant Colonel Andrew Ford, Buckingham Palace." Colonel Harrold may be a very honourable human being who failed to appreciate how people of india who are day in and out reminded that they are from Third World (implication being Britain as First World)....with the BBC (originally British Broad Casting Corporation now functioning as British Bragging Corporation) with their file pictures only of ruins, floods, slums, disease etc in India to the boot whenever India is mentioned in the news....even after a Britain which had nothing other than potatoes (after the spanish brought it here) strawberries and rasperries in their export basket prior to industrial revolution to export to india....when india had diamonds, pearls, sahutosh, dhaka muslin, pashminas, saffron, sandalwood, pepper, cardamom and gifted the City to the then Third World Britain....please appreciate colonel how you trample upon our sensitivities....would you like us calling you Third World Before the Industrial Revolution....then please kindly appreciate our sensitivities.... Why do you colonel want to be an Officer of the British Empire even after Mahatma Gandhi sacrificing his own life for the cause of our liberation from British Empire want to continue to call yourself OBE? What are your views on the Commonwealth Charter colonel is it simply perpetuate your empire or to advance democracy amongst the 53 member nations and its circa 1.2 billion people....please colonel have a word with lieutant colonel Andrew Ford about these issues so that Elizabeth Second do understand that the privilege to be the Head of the Commonwealth is not a licence to perpetuate her little empire in her mind through the commonwealth charter......

Our Order to the British Queen Regarding the Kohinnoor Diamond Dated 30 June 2008

A private injunction order was issued by the lawyers wills & wills to the British Queen through the governor of the Tower of London who is in charge of the upkeep and protection of the kohinnoor diamond on 30 June 2008.......of course there is the question of legitimacy of issuing an order to the British Monarch; Queen Elizabeth the Second who is used to the sychophancy of the courtiers.....and psychophants in Oxbridge....how could a private Indian Citizen that too from the Third World India without any Oxbridge education even think about it? Don't worry ....neither the British Queen nor the governor of the Tower of London has have no contest about the legitimacy of the ordeer issued to them not to tamper with, remove, vary or alter or the shape or qualities of the Kohinnoor Diamond including to make jewels for the spoilt royal siblings until the dispute is resolved...as it will be construed as an act of terrorism on Indian Heritage, Right to Culture, Right to Religion etc which are all universly guaranteed rights.....to know more about this please read the next post and please appreciate this in the context of my research summarised as Instructions by clicking Older Posts below at the right hand bottom of the page....

Our action for the recovery of the kohinnoor diamond is not against the British people but only against the British government's continued and prolonged reluctance to handover priceless Indian heritage such as the kohinnoor diamond....would not a patriotic Brit or French or German or Italian or American or Russian or Chinese feel the same way about it.....if it were one of their most cherished symbols was so hoarded in Tower of London....whilst claiming that the possessor government is a democracy, rule of law country, champion of liberty, freedom of expression, respector of religious rights and traditions....forget about the Oxbridge snobs who conveniently forget that the City (British Financial Capital) which began with a derelict backwater of London and a pub spiced up by the East India company...forget about those who teach Indians how to pronounce Himaalayas and Ganga or call us simply "Asians"....I am talking here about the ordinary British people who have a conscience ...this silent majority of British people who can defeat immoral British politicians through their democratic mandate if their governments continue to hoard stolen heritage....we in India do not tolerate the British....we revere them....why can't the british government revere us too?....are we not human enough?

Hi all, It has been a long and hard journey so far for all of us.....at the moment "us" includes Wills Mathews and his Lawyer friends in the Supreme Court of India like Dinesh and others....we have also some well wishers....and some journalists also who might be interested....we hope once people know about it we would get wider support for our work not only from India but also from the entire Commonwealth besides the wider humanity.....There are also so many others who are genuinely concerned about the prolonged hoarding of stolen heritage from India by the British Government and the British Monarch.....
